Bonart was an integral part of the recent Miramar Explora day, a multidisciplinary and innovative initiative dedicated to the intersection between art, gastronomy and the landscape of the Mar d'Amunt. This first meeting, held on October 24 at the Miramar restaurant in Llançà, brought together a diversity of professionals and creators with a common goal: to explore the deep links between artistic creation and culinary art in an inspiring environment. On behalf of Bonart, Ricard Planas , art critic, cultural manager and director of the magazine, and Daniel Fuentes , cultural manager, designer and adviser in biomimetics, participated.
Organized in collaboration with Bonart and with the support of the Diputació de Girona, L'Amant and Gramona, the Miramar Explora project is presented as a creative and gastronomic circuit that will continue during 2025 with a large-format exhibition and small satellite samples · bed that will spread throughout the Catalan territory. The bio-inspiring day was a sensorial and reflective experience centered on the arts, sustainability and the landscape as guiding threads, opening up a space for dialogue around art and gastronomy. This meeting highlighted perception and thinking through the senses, exploring the way in which art and food intertwine and reinforce each other.
