The Arco de Madrid fair is a reference for the contemporary art sector and a meeting point for many professionals from the world of gallerism, art criticism, cultural management, the world of collecting and company...
Last Friday, March 8th, issue 199 of the Bonart magazine was presented at the stand of the Miguel Marcos gallery in Barcelona and, likewise, the monograph on Joan Brossa was also presented, in the Malart section of the magazine and which also had a limited edition Spanish edition.
It is no coincidence that the event took place at the Miguel Marcos gallery, since it has been the greatest distributor of this author's work. The monograph reflected the gallery's personal collection and counted on the collaboration of the Joan Brossa Foundation. Juan Manuel Bonet, renowned art critic, presented the event together with the publisher and founding CEO of bonart cultural, Ricard Planas.
The event, which brought together more than fifty people, closed with the reading of two poems, one in Catalan and one Spanish translation, of poems by Joan Brossa and was curated by Bonart's collaborators Joan Gil and Conxita Oliver Beatriz G. Moreno, editor-in-chief of our medium, Mònica Ramon, gallerist and Cristina Castañer, fashion designer, among others, were also present at the event.
