The call is open for the XIII Vendrell Ceramics Biennial

The Vendrell Town Council convenes the XIII Vendrell Ceramics Biennial. The purpose of the grant for this award is to encourage the creation and dissemination of contemporary ceramics. The Jury will choose a maximum of twenty works, which will be exhibited in the Sala Portal del Pardo from November 8, 2024 to January 11, 2025. From these twenty works, the Jury will choose one, which will be the winner of the prize and which will be exhibited in 2025 together with other works by its author. The award-winning artist undertakes to submit between 15 and 20 other works for this exhibition.

The award, subject to the established tax withholdings, is specifically provided for in the Vendrell City Council's 2023-2025 Strategic Subsidy Plan. The amount of the grant will be 4,300.00 euros, charged to the budget application 0306 33000 48100 – Culture – Awards. The winning work cannot have been awarded in other competitions. No per diem expenses are planned for this call.
