Lo Pati, the Terres de l'Ebre art center located in Amposta, has presented the program for this year. Around the question of how human activity affects the ecosystem that surrounds us, the artists who will star in the exhibitions and activities have proposed their works. Thus, photographer Paula Artés, architect Eva Franch and the Garba project by Sara González de Ubieta, Marc Navarro and David Bestué will focus on the territory, the Ebro Delta, the environment and the Mediterranean. In addition, the sound artist Fito Conesa will present Anoxia. A constant prelude, a work in three acts that also proposes different approaches to the current problems of the Mediterranean.
On the other hand, the second edition of the La Façana de Lo Pati exhibition cycle will show the work of six digital artists who reflect on life in the Anthropocene, the era in which human activity has begun to generate massive effects on the 'planetary scope. In addition, the dancer Sònia Gómez and Encarni Espallargas propose a living arts laboratory aimed at groups living with mental health. Its aim is to discover one's own body and its multiple possibilities, while seeking to improve one's perception of oneself. As the end of the exhibition season, a new edition of the Ciutat d'Amposta Art Biennial (BIAM) will be launched in December.
