Albert Pla and The Surprise Band release 'Rumbagenarios' in Temporada Alta

On November 11 at 10:30 p.m., Albert Pla and The Surprise Band premiere their new theatrical show entitled Rumbagenarios a Temporada Alta at La Mirona de Salt. The versatile artist is accompanied in this new concert by a band made up of Diego Cortés on guitar, Judit Farrés on keyboards and samplers, Sara Sambola, Cristina López and Ana Brenes in the choirs and Belén Martí Lluch as a dancer. At Rumbagenarios Albert Pla presents a very festive concert, with a repertoire with a special aesthetic, very careful lighting and choreographies and projections that will surprise the audience. Spectators will be able to listen to songs from their first album (Ho sento molt, 1989) to others that have not yet gone through the studio.

The new show will be seen as part of the 32nd edition of Temporada Alta at Sala La Mirona in Salt. Albert Pla is a Catalan singer-songwriter, actor and writer recognized for creating musical proposals that mix a childish, controversial, provocative and denunciation tone.

After almost a dozen collaborations in cinematographic and theatrical productions, a couple of novels and twelve albums, the Sabadell native has become a multifaceted artist recognized throughout Spain and difficult to classify within of a specific musical current.
