'Parlar de Silencis' by Rosa Solano

From the 1st to the 24th of September, the new exhibition of Rosa Solano (1968, Manresa) Parlar de Silencis is presented at the Museu Arxiu de Sant Andreu de Llavaneres. The mayor of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Àlex Neira Marí, and the artist herself will be present at this event.

The exhibition refers to Solano's world in which he tells us about fragility, spirituality, sensitivities, thought, silences, intuition, essence, gestures, memory, dialogues with objects, reflections, ideas, etc. According to Solano "reflective circles are structuring my time and life in the workshop, giving way to silences, essence, simplicity of form and emotional richness."

As for Solano's professional career, she has participated in different fairs and individual and collective exhibitions both in Spain and abroad, such as in the cities of Nice, Marseille, Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris, Strasbourg, Berlin, etc. His work has been used in several television and cinematographic productions, including the Tricicle Dinamita series, Andreu Buenafuente's Terrat and Martín Ferrera and Discóbolo Films' Suspicious Mind.

Visiting hours for this exhibition are from Wednesday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturdays from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 and Sundays and public holidays from 11:00 to 14:00: 00 hours
