'Mirrors and Mirages' by Laura Iniesta at the K d'Staufen Gallery

On September 15, the Catalan artist Laura Iniesta will inaugurate her latest work entitled Mirrors and Mirages at the K Gallery in Staufen (Germany). A total of thirty works will shape Iniesta's last work, most of them made with mixed media on canvas and paper. Of particular note is a new series of wooden assemblages called "Anatomy of Infinity". The artist has stated that for her "the works in this exhibition are mirrors that each have their corresponding mirage". In this new series by Iniesta we can highlight the detailed expressiveness through the colors, its voids dotted with black and white, the lines and the subtlety of the oriental calligraphy in which he manages to share his experiences in the viewer and immerses him in a maelstrom of emotions and feelings. It should be remembered that Laura Iniesta has an important international journey, as she has exhibited in large cities such as New York, Shanghai or Dubai, through Barcelona and Madrid, to Germany, Denmark, Japan, Warsaw, Krakow, Paris or Colombia, among others countries. Currently, Laura Iniesta is immersed in a large number of projects, and lives and works in her studio-workshop in Barcelona. The exhibition can be visited until November 10, 2023.
