ARCOmadrid 2024, which will be held from March 6 to 10, will have the Caribbean as the protagonist of the new edition. This central project of the fair will be aimed at researching galleries and artists linked to the Caribbean in an expanded vision, which will not be limited to the physical territory. In this spirit, the section, which will keep the fair's connection with Latin America active, will have the participation of twenty galleries selected by Sara Hermann and Carla Acevedo-Yates.

With the premise of deepening the discovery of new values as a fundamental axis of the Fair, the 43rd edition of ARCOmadrid will maintain the usual sections of previous years, with a General Program for which the Organizing Committee will be responsible for the selection the galleries and artistic content that will be present in this edition. The ARCOmadrid 2024 Organizing Committee includes: José Aloy –Polígrafa Obra Gràfica–, Elba Benítez –Elba Benítez–, Eduardo Brandão –Vermelho–, Vera Cortês –Vera Cortês–, Henrique Faria –Henrique Faria–, Pedro Maisterra –Maisterraval Alex Mor –Mor Fuster–, Iñigo Navarro –Leandro Navarro–, Sten Nordenhake –Nordenhake–, Silvia Ortiz –Travesia Cuatro– and Rosa Santos –Rosa Santos–.

Other curated sections are added to this program: Opening, will stand out again to take the pulse of the international scene of young gallerism, bringing together a selection of galleries made by Yina Jiménez Suriel and Cristina Anglada. And the Mai program is never the same. Latin American Art, curated by Manuela Moscoso and José Esparza Chong Cuy, which will continue to investigate the diversity of artistic forms, practices and sensibilities from Latin America.

On the other hand, ArtsLibris, in its commitment to encourage collecting, will once again be positioned as a point of reference for the world of artist publications, self-publishing, photobooks and contemporary thought.

Collecting and the Caribbean will be the central topics of analysis and research at the ARCOmadrid Forum and Professional Meetings.

ARCOmadrid 2024 is held from March 6 to 10 in Halls 7 and 9 of the IFEMA MADRID Fairgrounds, dedicating the first three days exclusively to professionals, and from 3 p.m. on Friday the 8th, will open its doors to the public.
