Bonart Cultural donates 15 copies of El Cavaller Floïd to Omnium Gironès

Ricard Planas, as editor of Bonart Cultural, and Sergi Font, president of Òmnium Gironès, have met to effect the donation of 15 copies of El Cavaller Floïd by Genís Sinca to the headquarters of Òmnium Cultural in Gironès.

El Cavaller Floïd is a biography of Joan B. Cendrós, entrepreneur of the popular Floïd – the pioneer of aftershaves – who was also an important activist and cultural patron. Cendrós, together with four Catalan businessmen, was one of the founders of Òmnium Cultural in 1960, and also financed the resumption of institutions such as the Institute of Catalan Studies during the Franco dictatorship.
