On June 2, Catalan film director Albert Serra received the Chevalier Award from the Order of Arts and Letters of the French Republic. Serra received the recognition at an event held at the Spanish embassy in France where the director of the San Sebastián Film Festival, José Luis Rebordinos, was also recognized.
